- Age and Package Rate Policy:
- Age for children is calculated to the next birthday.
- Children under 2 years share the room with parents free of charge.
- Maximum 2 children under 5 years share a room with parents.
- Children aged 2-5 years are charged 30% of the adult rate for the package.
- Children aged 5-11 years are charged 65% of the adult rate for the package.
- Children above 11 years are considered adults.
- Hotels reserve the right to charge extra for additional facilities for adults and children.
- Currency Information:
- Prices displayed in USD are indicative only; the actual working currency is LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees).
- The exchange rate is based on Sampath Bank PLC’s USD TT Selling rate.
- All international payments and cross-border payments must be made in USD.
- Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment of 25% of the total booking cost.
- A confirmation email details, the itinerary, accommodation specifics, and contact information.
- Payment:
- The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the reservation confirmation.
- Failure to complete the full payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation without a refund.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- Cancellation charges apply based on the proximity to the departure date.
- Cancellations within 30 days of departure may result in a forfeiture of the entire payment.

- Refunds are made in favor of the original payee only.

- Splash Holidays Pvt Ltd reserves the right to alter itineraries, substitute accommodation, and modify the tour without prior notice if deemed necessary.

- Cancellation, refund requests, and modifications made by third parties will not be entertained.

- The number of occupants per room must not exceed the hotel’s maximum capacity.

- The vehicle provided is solely for conducting the tour.

- The maximum number of passengers is specified for each vehicle.

- Participants who fail to arrive on the specified date and time will be considered a “No-show.”
